Case sending and handling. Cases sent during working hours will be handled according to the time of the chosen package. Any case received after 5:30 PM (PST), or on weekends or public holidays, will be treated as received on the next working day. The handling time starts from the next working day.
Cases sent through the JusticeFiller app and website. The handling time only starts after the customer has fully finished and sent all needed facts and papers, all required details and supporting papers have been uploaded, and the case has been successfully received in JusticeFiller’s system. Half-finished applications, saved drafts, or cases waiting for customer facts or papers will not be treated as sent cases and will not get any handling time promise.
Customer delays. If extra facts, clarification or papers are needed from the customer during handling, the service time will stay paused until the requested facts are received.
Unusual situations. In rare cases outside JusticeFiller’s control, including FBR system downtime, third-party service problems, rule changes, force majeure events or technical failures, handling times may be reasonably extended. Customers will be told when such delays clearly affect their case.
The client is fully responsible for the correctness and completeness of all facts and papers. False, incomplete or misleading facts may lead to wrong filing, FBR letters, extra costs or legal problems.
Our fee covers skilled help in preparing and sending the tax paper. We do not promise any refund, tax adjustment, exemption, approval or specific money benefit.
Delays caused by FBR portal downtime, system errors, maintenance, banking delays, government holidays or third-party platforms are not treated as service delays from our side.
Where needed, the client will be asked to check and confirm paper details before final sending. Once approved, responsibility for the sent facts rests with the client.
Extra charges apply for services outside the chosen package, including:
The client must stay available via registered phone, WhatsApp, mail or portal. Communication delays may delay the filing process.
Client facts are kept private and used only for tax paper, compliance and related services.
The service is treated as finished once the tax paper is sent, or when the client fails to give needed facts despite repeated follow-up.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop any case if the client gives false facts, withholds papers, asks for illegal tax treatment, or behaves poorly toward staff.
These Rules & Conditions clarify service scope, client duties, handling times and service limits. Clients are advised to read and understand the chosen package before making payment.

In the unlikely event that a paper cannot be sent before the applicable deadline, JusticeFiller will, where appropriate and allowed by FBR rules, seek an extension on the customer’s behalf and keep working until the tax paper has been successfully sent.
What is not covered. This promise does not apply where delays come from:

Includes preparation and sending of the client’s yearly income tax paper. Suitable for salaried people, freelancers and small firm owners with routine income and tax matters.
About 48 hours to 5 working days. The time starts only after all of the following are met:
The client must give correct, complete and timely facts including income details, tax deductions, bank statements, salary certificates, tax challans, wealth list details and any other needed papers. Delays in giving facts will delay the filing.
Mistakes on our part are fixed at no extra charge. Revisions needed because of incomplete, incorrect or late client facts may attract extra charges.
Does not include financial advice, tax planning, audit reply, FBR letter handling, refund follow-up, bookkeeping, matching or face-to-face meeting unless separately charged.
Once the filing process has started, the service fee is non-refundable. Failure to give needed papers does not entitle the client to a refund.
The client remains fully responsible for the correctness, legality and completeness of facts sent to FBR. We do not promise refunds, reduced tax liability or FBR approval.
Priority cases are placed ahead of regular cases and handled on a priority basis. Suitable for clients who need urgent or faster handling.
About 24 to 48 hours. The priority time starts only after:
Priority Filing means priority handling — not a guaranteed finish if the client delays papers, gives incomplete facts, or if the FBR system is unavailable or under maintenance.
The client must stay available for quick communication. Any delay in replying to questions will affect the 24 to 48-hour time.
Mistakes on our part are fixed at no extra charge. Client-side mistakes may result in extra charges and handling time.
Does not include tax planning, audit support, FBR letter reply, refund follow-up, bookkeeping, matching or senior consultant meetings unless separately charged.
Non-refundable once the case has been assigned or work has started. Delays caused by the client, FBR downtime or third-party issues do not qualify for a refund.
Priority Filing is a priority service — not a promise of tax refund, tax reduction or FBR approval. The client remains responsible for the correctness of all sent facts.
